Logistics and e-commerce before Avidbots
Before Avidbots, Ethridge held leadership roles at 6 River Systems, Shopify, XPO and GXO Logistics, and Sears, according to the company's announcement of his hiring.2
Leading Avidbots
Avidbots announced Ethridge as chief executive in February 2025.2 In October 2026 he spoke for the company when Avidbots and Brain Corp announced they had resolved their patent litigation.3
